Some of the staff have jail tatoos, large dogs allowed in the rooms to stink them up, strung-out looking guests shaking at breakfast, what a low-element. We are senior citizens going up & down, up & down to the cooler in our car (on a freezing night). said we would have to pay for both!!! The is what they want for their customers to experience!! This is Not Customer Service. Do we need to ask for a sink or a toilet?.*They could have changed this in 2 minutes, we asked for an upgrade, happy to pay the difference (they had other rooms, a Monday night/non-holiday), But. We didn't know that deficient rooms existed. When they boasted 8 amenities, free wi-fi. This came as a complete surprise because every motel for the past 30 years, regardless of price, has had them. After driving 4 hours in a snow storm, some cars by the side of the road, we got to our room. Wish we had known how bad this place would be. The absolute Worst Management ever, Why? They don't care about you nor your stay!! We can afford a better place, but we're asked to consider Super 8 for our 3 1/2 week road trip.
